User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Have a form field with the "required" attribute set to "true".  Try to submit the form without filling in the field.  Text used to pop up indicating that the field is required.

This is on Firefox 53.0, Mac Sierra 10.12.4

The text pops up and then instantly disappeared.

Sounds like dupe of bug 1341190. Please re-open if I'm mistaken.
