In bug 1361255, we hit an issue where we downloaded a different artifact than the mar, and we submitted it to balrog.

Let's verify checksums after downloading to avoid this problem in the future.

We should also verify any signatures that we may have as well.

beetmoverscript now downloads artifacts and verifies their checksums as part of Chain-of-Trust.
