fails to print with console saying:
shell-init: could not get current directory

note: this _did_ print for this mornings smoketesting. Now it's broken with
the same build and/or a new install.

Boris, can you reproduce ?

this is a regression...used to work fine last week.
did someone check something in to break this ?
No problems with printing on current trunk build on SuSE Linux 7.3. I see the
mentioned message when installing a mozilla milestone, can't say anything about
the nightlys, because otherwise I live on trunk builds without install.
There is a simple way to monitor the print system on Linux (for the PostScript
module on GTK+ builds, other configurations need other flags):
-- snip --
% export
NSPR_LOG_MODULES=DeviceContextSpecGTK:5,nsDeviceContextPS:5,nsPostScriptObj:5
% ./mozilla
-- snip --
... will enable some debug output (even in production, non-debug builds) that we
can narrow-down the place where it fails...
I am able to print from latest linux debug build. Is anyone still seeing this ?
downgrading to critical. This doesn't seem to affect today's mozilla linux builds.

Works for me in Linux build 2002-04-08-08-trunk.
After FINALLY getting a build on Linux, I can't reproduce this either....

Setting to future, please un-future if it is reproduceable

can't print with 4.x on the same machine.

Marking this invalid as it seems to be an issue with my linux box.

My appologies for the fire drill.
