This is the tracking bug for shipping native support for SHIELD studies in the SHIELD system add-on. 

Native study support will allow SHIELD to enroll users in add-on-based feature studies, with an optional prompt-and-consent flow for opt-in studies. These studies are temporary and are built to remove themselves when a user opts-out of the study (or the entire program), or when the study expires.

We will also be adding an experiment listing to make it clear to users what experiments they have participated or are currently participating in.
