unfortunately we require a buildbot build for osx opt tests (in my case talos).
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=f63af7d5e11049822dc1b76baba7de1f1e68ce21&filter-tier=1&filter-tier=2&filter-tier=3
I suspect this will break try syntax for just about all developers since they won't get any osx opt data.

If you update your tree it should work. Recently we disabled BB scheduling in favor of BBB. Part of this change was done in tree.

If those changes haven't been backported to other supported branches yet, can we please do so ASAP?

ok, I think this was a timing issue while the code was on autoland and not m-c/central.
this works for me now:

Ryan, I think other branches will need this, like beta, esr- I am not sure how the buildbot scheduler was turned off, i.e. firefox 55+, or everywhere.

The schedulers for macosx were just disabled on at_least gecko 55. Currently these branches
['graphics', 'autoland', 'elm', 'cypress', 'oak', 'pine', 'try', 'larch', 'cedar', 'date', 'holly', 'ash', 'mozilla-inbound', 'mozilla-central']
So this will not impact beta, esr etc until uplift
jmaher can this bug be closed given your last try run worked?
