One of the primary things that I'm using for new metrics is MTBF. In order to calculate this, I'd like to have the subsession length (payload/info/subssessionLength) available in the telemetry.js API. Also it would be nice but less important to me to have this in the telemetry.mozilla.org UI.

We were planning to record subsessionLength as a scalar. Doing that would also make it show up in the TMO distribution dashboard.
