Need to format the display of all the error lines details for each test/platform combo.  Start by showing info very similar to what's shown in the Failure Classification tab in Treeherder proper.

This change adds the display of each platform
an error test belongs to.  Each platform is the link
back to the corresponding job in Treeherder Production.
