Review apps are great, but Heroku says they might incur dyno charges. And while it may be unrelated, I've sometimes noticed my review apps being mysteriously disabled. Are review apps okay? Can we assume that we're free to use them?
Yep, they're fine to use. They incur extra charges on demand, which is usually not a big deal because they spin down after periods of inactivity -- see https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/github-integration-review-apps#review-apps-management-and-costs
