STR: 
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Create Firefox account A with email X and verify the account.
3. Add and verify secondary email X1 to account A.
4. Delete account A
5. Try creating another account with email X1

Expected: Account should created with secondary email X1

Actual: Gets error "Account already exists" 

After step 4:
1) login to another account B
2) Try adding X1 as secondary email

Actual: This email was already verified by another user.

Hey Kanchan,

The fix for this was landed in https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-db-mysql/pull/231 and should be available soon.

This is to confirm that this issue in not reproducible anymore. Secondary email of deleted Fx account is available for another Fx account. Thanks!
