Actual results: Right overflow arrow button has a missing border. Expected results: All sides have a border. I think this only happens when display scaling is set to 125%. When I tested at 150%, the border appears as expected.

In the new design overflow buttons only have one visible border (with the tabs) and currently look as expected so closing invalid
