While debugging a mailman instance which runs on a IPv6-only site (mailman.ysv.freebsd.org), this error comes up for most transactions:
May 07 09:07:38 2017 (4389) Unable to retrieve data from https://publicsuffix.org/list/public_suffix_list.dat: <urlopen error [Errno 49] Can't assign requested address>
It's caused by the website publicsuffix.org only being available via IPv4, not via IPv6. Can this be changed ?

Hey Kurt,
Sorry about that! We're making some changes and will probably be able to get ipv6 in front of most of our web properties, but not in the immediate future. I'm happy to re-open this bug and look into it once we're ready to go (I don't expect that to happen in the next year or so).
