Recently I submited 2 bugs, and both was send double times.

The bugs are 13614 (duplicate of 13613) and 13612 (duplicate of 13611).

Remebering that I clicked just one time the button: 'commit'.
Were you using a Mozilla build to submit the bug? If so, which one? If not, what
browser? It might be a Mozilla bug, rather than a Bugzilla bug.

But it would be nice if Bugzilla could auto-detect identical bugs, too.
I used Netscape 4.6 on Win32, then, it's a Bugzilla bug. :-)

Huh.  Haven't seen this.  Might have been fixed in passing since it was logged,
