It's looking at the eager pseudo style, which doesn't have animation rules.
Oh, nevermind, this actually _wants_ the style without animation rules, so making it look at the pseudo-element's primary style would just be wasted work.

I remember now why I didn't get rid of it, sorry for the noise.

We could assert there that if the pseudo style is some we pick the fast path, but no big deal for now.
