This patch is essentially the same as https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/pull/2707 minus the Sentry specific bits.

Verifying as fix on 7.5b3265. After force crashing from the debugger the crash reporter prompt is displayed. Tapping 'okay' when prompt to restore tabs will successfully restore all the previously opened tabs.
