Details

The PDX reception phone extension which is on Jive x2222 is only reachable when external callers dial our local full number 971-544-8000, but not when dialing the main Mozilla "switchboard" 650-903-0800. When extension 2222 is dialed after caller dials the 650 number, there is silence and no further result. PDX reception can dial out with no issues.
Search Order is king. I had tried to pretty up the routing table to make it easier to find what was where among the things forwarded to Jive. There was a catch-all for 2XXX in there which stripped the 2 off the front (designed to catch existing 3-digit extensions that are still in Asterisk which someone dialed a 2 in front of), and that wound up at the beginning of the table instead of the end, short-circuiting the exact matches set to forward to Jive.
