Steps to reproduce:
1. Open customize from the menu.
2. Enable to show the bookmark toolbar.
3. Move bookmark icon to the bookmark toolbar.
Actual results:
Bookmark icon shrinks.
Expected results:
Bookmark icon should not shrink.

This is happening since bug 1347543 landed.
Change Toolbar Icons from PNG to SVG https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1347543
