Bug 1269490 seems to change nsHtml5Atoms to nsGkAtoms, however maybe of those are ifdef-ed behind ACCESSIBILITY: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/base/nsGkAtomList.h#2241

After the change --disable-accessibility breaks as these are not defined.
