1363836 - The "More Ways to Customize Firefox" Directory Tile link is broken

The link for this tile is:

http://fastestfirefox.com/firefox/desktop/customize/

but this now returns a 403 Forbidden.

The actual content is located at:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/customize/

(for EN-US)

All releases are affected.

We will either:

- get the link fixed so that it resolves to the correct page (this is one of our domains)
- fix the Directory Tile so that it points to the correct page

Looped Jean in to discuss the solution to this issue.

So Jean suggested to use this link to replace the old one,

We've also found this one, and looks like it's locale sensible,  

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/customize/

Jean, could you confirm which one do we want to use?
