I spoke to JMaher. Can we profile CPU usage on the Quantum top sites? This is needed so we can catch regressions like [Bug 1363176] Possible infinite spell checking scheduling loop regression

tp6 page load testing happens in Raptor now. It would be great to monitor resources such as memory and cpu, so let's keep this in the backlog for 2020.

This is all done by the gecko profiler, and we seem to record profiles for all page load tests now:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&tier=1%2C2%2C3&searchStr=raptor%2C%2Cprof
Each of the profiles has the CPU usage (including stacks) for each process, and the memory consumption included.
