Details
The genuine purpose of logging every symbol lookup that couldn't be get is to do something about that list. The MS debugger automatically does a lot of lookups for "file.ptr" which is never useful to log.

PR https://github.com/mozilla-services/tecken/pull/82 Ted, Not looking for a review but just perhaps some quick eyes on it. It looks like this will let us immediately ignore about 3% of all lookups.
