It appears we have no tests for GetBSizeTakenByBoxSizing / GetDefiniteSizeTakenByBoxSizing.
We should add test that use vertical writing-mode as well. In particular, ancestors that have different WMs. I'm pretty sure GetPercentBSize is broken in that respect.
