[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Nightly
2. Visit about:preferences#privacy
3. Scroll to Notifications section
4. Compare distances from Notification and its content with Location Bar and its content.
[Expected result]:
- All distances between sections and their content is consistent and the same.
[Actual result]:
- Different distances between sections and their content can be seen.
[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression.
