User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 SeaMonkey/2.46 Build ID: 20161213183751 Steps to reproduce: I work for a software company where customers log service requests on-line. We then get those service requests which are downloaded through jsp. It maintains a history of the updates by the customers and Engineers, so can contain a large number of frames as each update is a frame. The service request number and other information are listed in the dashboard. Steps: 1. Click on the Service Request number, which is supposed to bring up the service request in another tab or window (depending on how you have your settings) and then it can be reviewed and edited. Actual results: After release 2.11, instead of displaying the information, only the tabs at the top of the page are displayed and the rest of the page is blank. Expected results: it is expected to see the contents of the service request. This works in other browsers (IE, FF, Chrome) as well as Seamonkey 2.11.
Can you open the developer tools with F12 while on the page and see if it displays any errors?

This one looks interesting to me: Error: Permission denied to access property "encapsulated" [Learn More]dojo.js:7:7 In the developer tools, is there any more information about that particular item?

Here is what I got when I clicked on the Learn More link: Message Error: Permission denied to access property "x" What went wrong? There was attempt to access an object for which you have no permission.
