With retries on Windows 8 pgo builds, I am able to reproduce this bug on earlier and earlier pushes on May 12. The earliest failure of this type I have found is https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=854dc4d8321504a6654a8ea2c41cae2a767c7952&filter-searchStr=web-platform-tests. Windows pgo builds were frequently busted around that time, so this test wasn't often running on that platform for a while. It seems likely that this was introduced with the wpt update on May 11 - bug 1363982.

Looks like the failures have shifted to open-features-tokenization-top-left.html now.

:( lets see in a few days if the rate is the same as before, maybe we need to disable a few tests in this directory.

Seems to be failing at the same rate as before, but in open-features-tokenization-top-left.html now. Trying to sort it out on try...
Consider https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=5a8d02c6669eb9b0eba5bcd48297bdadc46cdc95, where I re-enabled open-features-tokenization-screenx-screeny.html and reproduced the original failure 7 times for linux-debug. In https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=ebde318c728e70f68a764793b8c198e2cb15fe9b, I disabled the previous test instead and did not reproduce this failure at all. There were some other wpt failures, but they seem low-frequency and at least some of those reflect other known bugs. I don't consider this definitive evidence of success, but it is promising.
