Like the UK and France, I'd like to create Canada moco specific lists. I think ideally we'd have
canada-all@ (already exists)
 - all moco + mofo Canada employees
canada-corp-employees@ (already exists)
 - all Canadian moco employees
canada-corp-east@
 - all Canadian moco employees who reside in ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, PEI
canada-corp-west@
 - all Canadian moco employees who reside in BC, AB, SK, MB
