1365252 - The Send tab list is not immediately dismissed after tapping 'Send'

iOS: 10.2.1
Device: iPHone 7

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to mozilla.org
2. Tap the 'Share' button
3. Tap 'Send Tab'
4. Select a device 
5. Tap the 'Send' button multiple times

Actual results: 
- The Send Tab list will not be dismissed (will hang for a while) after the first tap on 'Send'. This can be confusing for the user (tab is not send, button is not functional) and multiple tapping on 'Send' will result in sending the tab multiple times.

Expected result:
- The list should be dismissed after the first tap on 'Send'.

Verifying as fix on master 4538e6d3e42. This has also been fixed in 8.0b3672. A loading throttle is displayed after the first tap on 'Send'.
