Environment: 
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1), Asus ZenPad 8(Android 6.0.1);
Build: Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-05-15);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new private tab;
2. Download a large file;
3. Go to Tools -> Downloads.

Expected result:
The file is displayed in the Download Manager with no visible issues.

Actual result:
The file is displayed in Download Manager with grey background.

Notes:

The file with white background was downloaded in normal browsing.

On Nightly from 2018-04-02 this issue is reproducible also on normal browsing with HTC 10 (Android 8.0), but not reproducible with Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1) and Google Pixel(Android 8.1.0).

Hi, I can reproduce this issue with Google Pixel (Android 9);
Branches:
-Nightly 66.0a1 (2019-01-17);
-Beta 65.0b12;
-Release 64.0.2;

I tried several times but is not reproducible 100%.
