1365545 - Link to pre-releases, language builds, release notes from Firefox hub product pages

The new Firefox hub product pages currently have no way to navigate pre-release builds [1], alternative languages [2], or release notes pages [3].

We should add a small section to the /firefox/desktop/, /firefox/android/ and /firefox/ios/ pages containing these links.

Alex, I just closed bug 1381298 as this has changed in the meantime. The globally shared footer now has a link to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/. Shell we close this one here as well?

Bug 1381298 was concerned just with pre-release builds, but I think it's important for the pages covered in this bug to also link to other language builds of our main release version. I think we should still leave this open, thanks.
