User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build ID: 20170509210144 Steps to reproduce: Today I’ve updated from Thunderbird 45 to 52 (Ubuntu 16.04). Actual results: Now in the message-list pane the table cells got an annoying padding on the left side, almost as if they leave space for an icon (even in the date column). I’ve coloured that padding purple in my screenshot. Expected results: The content in the columns should get the space available. It would be nice, if the contents (as well as the headings) of the table would fill the whole cell, with reasonable padding only to separate the different columns optically. As my screenshot shows, I like my Thunderbird window compact and with that additional space less content fits into a column.
