Steps to reproduce:
Go to any web site and select text. Click on it and try to drag it.
Links without selecting as well
Actual results:
Nothing, text gets unselected.
Expected results:
Text should be copied or links should be able to put to new tab or to addressbar or anywhere outside Firefox.
Is it reproducible?
1) in safe mode:

This bug is part of a group of bugs which have had an open needinfo for at least 12 weeks.
The request for information has not been answered, and we can't move forward on the bug so we are closing it.
