Make "prepare" timing more inclusive in the FPS overlay
The "prepare" time in the FPS overlay does not include LayerTreeInvalidation and ComputeEffectiveTransforms time, which is a bit disingenuous. AL's overlay includes that time so this will make a direct comparison easier.
