We believe this was caused by 944186 and a fix is being readied to be applied likely tomorrow.
This queue is now down to 0.

This commit https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/commit/5db9be279d8f985cd82888695b3303cb8f7c9fb0 has been pushed to production, and should address this issue. See John Whitlock's comment https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/4241#issuecomment-302728510.
