Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Create element with border-radius value different from 0. Set width and height to the element. Set 1px (or any other value, but 1px makes it more noticeable) border to the element with color same as the backdrop color.
See reproduction at https://jsfiddle.net/mutf4d52/

Actual results:

Border causes some rendering (aliasing) noises appear

Expected results:

Border shouldn't affect rendering of element in any way
