Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new profile
2. Import the attached bookmark.html to the new profile
3. Open the bookmark (Misc-> "A few good men")


Actual results:

The bookmark star does not turn blue


Expected results:

bookmark star should turn blue.

Import this bookmar backup to a new profile, and open the bookmark in a tab. 
The star does not turn blue

And after opening the bookmark, you click on the star button, Nightly will ask you to create a new bookmark, instead of asking you to edit it.

I think the problem is that wikipedia uses HSTS, that means when you visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Few_Good_Men the browser in reality will directly visit the https version. The bookmark points to the http version and history doesn't register a redirect since that happens transparently. We should somehow teach bookmarks to query HSTS data, that may not be trivial.

Fwiw, as a workaround, changing the bookmark url to https should solve the problem.
