We are unable to upload new artifacts or logs to upload.ffxbld.productdelivery.prod.mozaws.net. Errors are similar to: Exception: Command ['ssh', '-l', 'ffxbld', '-i', '/home/cltbld/.ssh/ffxbld_rsa', '-p', '22', 'upload.ffxbld.productdelivery.prod.mozaws.net', 'mktemp -d'] returned non-zero exit code 255: exec request failed on channel 0 when I try and connect manually, I get: [cltbld@buildbot-master140.bb.releng.usw2.mozilla.com dead]$ ssh -l ffxbld -i ~/.ssh/ffxbld_rsa -p 22 upload.ffxbld.productdelivery.prod.mozaws.net shell request failed on channel 0 or running a command: [cltbld@buildbot-master140.bb.releng.usw2.mozilla.com dead]$ time ssh -l ffxbld -i ~/.ssh/ffxbld_rsa -p 22 upload.ffxbld.productdelivery.prod.mozaws.net date exec request failed on channel 0 real 0m25.174s user 0m0.018s sys 0m0.002s

There were a bunch of defunct ssh processes using up the instance's resources.
