When inspecting the elements of an inline element that loads a document like an embed or object, if one changes the src/data attribute of that element, then the inspector holds an old copy of the document in the devtools.
This causes many errors, including "can't access dead object." besides the unexpected frame load.
STR
Load attached testcase, open developer tools(ctrl+shift+k) inspect something inside the frame loaded in the embed element.
With both the standard console and global console open, click the Reload embed button.
Note all the the nice errors in the global console, including the one this bug is based on.
I have a nightly build building now for the newest updates, and will test again after it finishes to make sure this hasn't been taken care of.
This is as complete as can be, since apparently some of my assertions bugs are lacking the proper info for anyone to even touch or look into, but meh I'll get there myself and do that too.
Thanks.

This gives a completely different set of errors in a release build, I assume massive changes are being done to the devtools. Make sure to test in nightly(55).

I just ran into this when testing some random logic locally as well, using $0.src = $0.src; in the console to trigger a refresh of an iframe after I'd drilled down into its elements and got this in the browser console.
