Details

As we are moving DevTools to github, we should stop depending on resources outside of /devtools/ folder. We can still depend on modules shiped in firefox, but not resources from mozilla-central that are not, like mockTransfer.js, which is only used by tests and won't be available when running test from github.
This is from bug 1364082. Any other ideas to test the downloaded contents?
