The issue was found on these devices:
-Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1)
-Huawei Honor 8 (Android 6.0).

Not reproducing on any device, for e.g.:
-Asus ZenPad 8.0 Z380KL (Android 6.0.1)
-Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0)

Build: Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-05-19);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install an add-on that requires a restart (e.g. Stylish).
2. Tap restart after the install is finished.
3. Wait for Nightly to re-open.

Expected result:
The browser is restarted.

Actual result:
The browser stays hidden in the background, doesn't restart. It will restart if you tap the background task or the home screen icon.
