From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020408
BuildID: 2002040814

I noticed that websites that have russian text in their titles cause Mozilla to
display the title incorrectly. Instead of russian text, you see "?????????"
symbols or such. The title is properly displayed on Tabs, but not in the program
title.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.gazeta.ru

Actual Results: Website title reads "??????.ru - ?????? ??????".

Expected Results: Website title should read:
"Газета.Ru -
Первая
полоса".
Attached image Testcase of the bug.
A picture of the website I refer to in the bug report. Showing Mozilla display
the title correctly in the Tab bar, but not in the application title bar.
Oops, fsck'ed up the Expected Results part, just tried to copy-paste the website
title and it didn't work quite as planned. Anyways, here are a few more links
that cause the same problem to occur:

http://www.oper.ru/
Maybe a problem with window manager?

What window manager are you using?
dupe of an old bug :)
