long: # of users, per combination of Dimensions values, who have GC_MAX_PAUSE_MS > 250ms or CYCLE_COLLECTOR_MAX_PAUSE > 250ms

extra-long: # of users, per combination of Dimensions values, who have GC_MAX_PAUSE_MS > 2500 or CYCLE_COLLECTOR_MAX_PAUSE > 2500
These values have actually all been created as a single table, `quantum_rc`.
