print_duplex preference is set, but wrong

Steps to reproduce:

I printed several pages from Firefox.


Actual results:

First time the print was double sided, next prints were single sided.
After making a print from Firefox, the preference print.print_duplex is
created in prefs.js with a value of 0.
After a first (double-sided) print, this preference is created. The
result is the next print is single side.


Expected results:

The prints should be double sided (set by the printer) all times. Firefox should not overrule the printer settings.
