1366993 - With "Don't keep activities" on, search activity's 'New tab' doesn't work

Description

Device: HTC Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1)
Build: Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-05-19);

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Android settings, Developer options, turn on 'Don't keep activities'.
2. Open one/more tabs in Fennec.
3. Install the Fennec search widget. Tap the New tab button.

Expected result:
A new empty tab is opened in Fennec.

Actual result:
No new tabs created, it just opens Fennec.

add handling of about:home in intent.data  explicitly.
