Build ID: 20100101

Steps to reproduce:

toolkit.cosmeticAnimations.enabled toggled

Open 10 pages

now move tab 10 to tab 2 location,

Actual results:

tab jumps back to tab 10 position and then jumps to tab 2 location

Expected results:

should have stayed in tab 2 position from tab 10 after leaving it there
Added some bugs which seems similar but not *duplicate* and might be *Related*

Is this intended? can it be disabled properly system wide?
Hate animations as they are distracting to my work flow .

I'm unable to reproduce this bug. I opened 10 tabs and was able to drag the 10th tab to the 2nd position and I could see both an animation of the tab moving in to place as well as the tab remaining in the 2nd position. I was able to see this work with the toolkit.cosmeticAnimations.enabled pref set to true, as well as set to false (after fixing bug 1366060).
