NI?past as the original author of bug 1086936, although I'm not sure whether another team owns this now?

I don't think I touched (or even tried, to be frank) the Refresh/Reset button when I worked on this. I'm not even sure how this part works now after the recent changes to Developer Edition. I think I heard Tom was working on that, so he may know more.

I was working on this briefly, but not any more (and in the end my patches weren't needed, so I
don't know much about it now).
Redirecting to Bryan who should at least know who to forward it to.

Sounds like a bug. But I'm not sure exactly who owns this, I would have assumed platform. Tom was doing some different work related to this.
