As discussed on slack, it's not great when people disable needinfo requests when away for a short period of time (e.g. a week or two) as it just makes people resort to other means of contacting the person (e.g. email) that leave no papertrail.
IMO the UI should give some guidance on this.

Seems like a simple enough change to me. I'm not sure if this needs UI review as well (there's a screenshot in the PR).
