bug 1364503 adds a GC_MAX_PAUSE_MS_2 probe with bucketing compatible with CC (and some other probes).
If this is good enough to replace the original GC_MAX_PAUSE_MS, then the old one should be removed before it expires in 61.
If it's not, then its expiry should be extended.
