vCard encoded QR codes often have contacts, we should let you save them to Contacts on iOS rather than doing a search with a long vCard string

During the test, I found that besides the vCard, some QRcode generators is using MeCard(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MeCard).
Should MeCard be considered too?
e.g.
MECARD:N:test;EMAIL:test@test.com;TEL:81598159;
MECARD:TEL:11111111111;EMAIL:test@m.com;N:test;ORG:m;

Calendar events (VEVENT) and SMS (SmsTo:) are also triggering a search in the default search engine.
