Description

We need a respin of Yahoo for a test with 53.0.2.

The particular builds in question are these:

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/53.0.2-candidates/build1/partner-repacks/yahoo/v2/

They use the "vX" format, so I'm assuming we can just bump to v3 and respin these?

I really hope we get an easier way to do these some day.

Thanks.

That's correct. Do you have those changes landed? Or do we need a PR?

Respun. How do they look?

I'm so confused right now.

So it looks like the four test builds I need were going to the public S3, but didn't have versioning.

But I'm not seeing updates (might be because of caching).

What version of Firefox did you spin against?

These builds would always go in the candidates directory, right?

Which test builds are you talking about?
If it's https://github.com/mozilla-partners/yahoo-test/tree/master/desktop , they're versioned v2, e.g. https://github.com/mozilla-partners/yahoo-test/blob/master/desktop/yahoo-en-US_backup/repack.cfg#L10 , and they won't overwrite, so the respin did nothing. There have been no changes in that repo for the past 17 days, so I assumed you weren't.

https://github.com/mozilla-partners/yahoo seems to not be versioned, although there are a ton of build types in there so I haven't checked them all. There was a change in the past 2 days.

53.0.2 build 1

No, depends on the partner repo config, which leads us back to the question above: which builds and which repo do you care about right now?

The particular ones I need are these four:

yahoo-en-US_backup/repack.cfg:output_dir="partner-repacks/yahoo/bb_backup/%(platform)s/%(locale)s"
yahoo-en-US_day8/repack.cfg:output_dir="partner-repacks/yahoo/bb_day8/%(platform)s/%(locale)s"
yahoo-en-US_main/repack.cfg:output_dir="partner-repacks/yahoo/bb_main/%(platform)s/%(locale)s"
yahoo-en-US_week1/repack.cfg:output_dir="partner-repacks/yahoo/bb_week1/%(platform)s/%(locale)s"

I've updated the repack.cfg for these four builds to use the v2 parameter, so they should show up here:

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/53.0.3-candidates/build1/partner-repacks/yahoo/

Respun, but I did 53.0.2 build 1 per comment 0, so they're here: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/53.0.2-candidates/build1/partner-repacks/yahoo/v2/

Did you need 53.0.3?
