When loading http://www.ideaverona.com/ (I'm the developer), the text blurb
starting with "An idea is" and ending with "such study" gets a horizontal
scrollbar in Mozilla 0.9.9 on Linux and windows 98.  This was not an issue in
past versions.  The problem is that the text does not overflow the CSS box, and
the scrollbar is unnecessary (and unsightly!).  When you click the scrollbar's
arrows, it disappears leaving the text rendered the way it should be (Linux) or
causing a vertical scrollbar to appear (Windows).  If a vertical scrollbar
appears, when it is clicked, it then disappears and the text is rendered the way
it should be.  When the page is refreshed by clicking the reload button, the
horizontal scrollbar reappears.  This was not a problem in Mozilla 0.9.8.

My apologies in advance for being unfamiliar with Bugzilla and your reporting
customs.  ;-P


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.ideaverona.com/
2. Click the scrollbars if they appear.
3. Reload the page after they disappear and they will appear again.

Actual Results:  The scrollbars appeared (bad) and disapppeared (proper rendering).

Expected Results:  There should never have been scrollbars because the text
doesn't overflow the CSS box.

Seems like it could be some sort of font metrics issue, although perhaps not.  A
frame dump should be insightful.  I'd look at it myself if I had time...
