Steps to reproduce:
Using containers, open a new tab for a container
Actual results:
A new blank page is loaded but with missing titles etc.
Expected results:
The normal blank page should be loaded with top sites etc.

This bug has been closed due to inactivity and/or the potential for this bug to no longer be an issue with the new Discovery Stream-powered New Tab experience.
